A global end-client urgently require a SAP! HR Change Analyst to join their team in South West London.This position is perfect for somebody who has 2+ years experience working SAP HR on a functional basis, ideally, with a background on SAP HR reporting and SAP Data Analysis experience.
My client is heavily SAP focussed, which gives the successful candidate re-assurance of career prospects within the growing international brand.
Essential experience and job requirements for SAP HR Change Analyst:

• Strong functional understanding of SAP HR and HR business processes.
• Knowledge of SAP HR Architecture is seen as desirable.
• Evaluation and review of Change Requests.
• Experience working with Global templates/Global environments.
• 2 years or more SAP HR experience.
• 2 years or more SAP HR reporting and data analysis experience.
• Worked on at least two projects in an Analyst/Super User role.
• High level of interpersonal, organizational and comm! unication skills.
• Proficient in use of MS Excel and M! S PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal direct supervision.
• Ability to work in pressurized environment with tight deadlines.
