Our size means we can offer a wider choice to our cus! tomers Due to our success and growth plans, we are currently looking for a Bathroom Consultant to help our valued customers create their dream bathroom solution With previous experience in service and sales we will give you the training and development required to be part of our specialist bathroom team You will assist customers in the design, selection and completion of their bathroom project through to their satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: • To achieve personal sales in line with targets. • To actively sell and promote the companyÂ's products at all times. • To excel at delivering and growing the brand in the stores local market place. • To ensure that customer service standards are exceptional at all times. • To always ensure that your selling skills are effective in line with customer expectations. • To liaise with your customers through their purchasing journey. • To assist in the maintaining the showroom! s high standard • To help create a team spirit that deliv! eries ownership for the business. • To manage your own workload and responsibilities. • Help to generate ideas for growing the business. You - • Retail / Sales experience • Well groomed and immaculately presented/smart appearance • Knowledgeable of standard PC use (Microsoft word, Excel, etc) WhatÂ's on offer - • Excellent starting salary of £13k plus commission • True on target earnings of £21-£23K with potential to earn as much as you can (uncapped) • Progression within the company • Hours - 9am to 6pm including weekends and Bank Holidays • 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) • Pension Scheme • Generous staff discount (even for family & friends) - .
