The roles we recruit for include (but not limited to) Designers, Artworkers, Creative Directors, Account Managers, Web Designers, Copywriters etc It is a great time to join The Fix. The Role This is not for the faint hearted; whilst the role is for Junior Recruitment Consultant, this sho! uld be seen as a development opportunity and we would like to ! see at least 6 months recruitment or resourcing experience on your CV. We donÂ't mind what kind of recruitment you have been previously involved in but would like you to understand how a recruitment agency runs, and also have the confidence to make sales calls and have face to face meetings with your candidates and clients from day one (obviously with our full training/guidance). The recruitment industry has proven itself to be a career in which junior candidates can secure genuine responsibility much more rapidly than within a corporate environment. The role of a recruitment consultant is varied and no one day is the same - youÂ'll have the opportunity to work autonomously but under guidance with real responsibilities from day one with entrepreneurial flair. Duties will include (but will not be limited to): •Proactive generation of candidates by telephone and email canvassing; •Management of the recruitment process for the candida! te from start to finish; •Development of the existing candidate database by networking current relationships; •Advertising of all vacancies through various approved advertising mediums (you must possess high levels of literacy); •Development of your own candidate market by proactively canvassing and networking the candidates that operate in your given market. •Sales calls to clients The Person As we are very much a team here at The Fix, you will need to be a team player, with the ability to put into the environment that you wish to thrive on. We are looking for confident communicators both in person but also over the telephone as this is a large part of the role, you will be expected to make sales calls on a daily basis (to find your candidates work) and for you to thrive on the Â'buzzÂ' that this brings. You will be highly organised and able to work in a very fast paced environment which can be pressurised. YouÂ'll need to! be professional but friendly with great attention to detail, and be hi! ghly motivated by targets - a hunger for success and a passion for all things creative are essential! As a result in order to fit in and succeed it is likely that you will be: • Outgoing and friendly; • Focussed and very hard working; • A confident and natural communicator • Energetic, and motivating to others; • Career minded, and completely success/money motivated. Location We are based in lovely offices within Staines Town Centre and have free parking on-site (15 minute walk from Staines Train Station/Just off Junction 13 of M25).
