You will support the Gen! eral Service Manager in the running of the contract this will involve:
administration tasks relating to personnel, training and hospitality and events
ensuring hospitality and events are coordinated
maintaining a good working relationship with the client
ensuring all services are provided to the agreed and expected quality at the agreed time
maintaining the bookwork system and keeping adequate records
ensuring that our company culture and style is apparent throughout the contract operation (leading by example)
The following key skills are required:
Graduate or college level education, ideally with a degree related to hospitality or food
Excellent people management & communication skills
A keen interest in food and high standards
