Ashley Kate HR are pleased to partnering with our client who is an international infrastructure and business services group in recruiting for HR Advisor to join their team on a 6 month contract basis. As a key member of the HR! team, you'll be the first point of contact for all matters relating to resourcing, employee relations and employment law. It's an important job that will involve making sure that all of our HR policies and procedures are implemented correctly. As you'll liaise with managers in offices across the country, travelling will be required. To take on this role, you'll need to be a proven HR generalist with previous experience of dealing with large scale collective consultation programmes and associated project requirements. You must be comfortable in providing advice and guidance by telephone but you should also be willing to travel across the UK and Ireland as and when required. CIPD qualification is preferred. Duties of the role will include but not be limited to: • Delivery of comprehensive first line HR service to managers and employees • Supporting large scale collective consultation programmes and associated project requirements Managing full cycle employee relations issues inclusive of c! onduct, capability and grievance and escalating as appropriate • Provision of advice and coaching on HR management issues, including terms and conditions, grievance, discipline, employment law, general statutory requirements • Working with the HR Business Partners to provide in end to end recruitment projects and talent attraction. • Liaison with Payroll and HR Admin to support the business and ensure agreed level of service delivery. • Prepare monthly reports for the HR Directors / HR Business Partners as required. e.g. sickness statistics and risk registers. • Supporting the roll out of training workshops as required • Whilst centrally based you must be able and willing to travel extensively within UK If you are interested in this HR role please apply by clicking on the link below or contact Ashley Kate HR for further details.
