My client, an international provider of Healthcare services, with over 4000 employees worldwide,! is looking for a BI Analyst to join them in their growing Surrey offices. With a direct train route into Central London, and well-supported by local amenities and pubs, it is a great location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with key internal stakeholders and management across different divisions to identify optimal ways to improve business performance and strategy.
• Analyse and provide detailed management reports on findings â€" measuring impact of new solutions and making suggestions on potential courses of action.
• Using industry/standards knowledge, take the lead on projects, tracking requirements and proactively recognising potential issues and problems to establish a comprehensive project plan.
• Help to identify and implement a CRM change across the UK business, and work with Marketing and IT Divisions to support upcoming e-Business initiatives.
• Take ownership of management and regular maintenance of! company web domain(s) using existing knowledge of digital com! munications
• Actively contribute to online communication channels to help drive the company’s online presence.
• Coordinating UAT and other testing - analyse results and report to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing and implementing annual ebusiness plans, website analytics, CRM/CMS solutions etc.
• Fluent English, written and spoken (Fluency in German preferred)
• Ability to identify stakeholder needs and propose possible solutions
• Confident in both WordPress and Google Analytics
• Excellent Data analysis and Communications skills, confident working with different departments as well as leading projects from brief to completion.
• Experience in online ordering/eCommerce beneficial
• Experience helping to implement CRM preferred
