We are currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Specialist to be part of the HR Team for Bahrain. Reporting to the Assistant Head of HR Shared Services, you will be responsible in providing support to the delivery of HR services with specific responsibility for providing information to substitute employees regarding policies and regulations; addressing a variety of issues and/or providing general support; maintaining records, files and databases of personnel actions, evaluations, and longevity; and assisting in ensuring that personnel functions conform to all applicable regulatory requirements. Duties and Responsibilities include: • Writing and dispatching routine or straightforward letters • Administer leaves of absence, including sick, annual leave, and personal time off • Serves as support for payroll processing • Maintain personnel records required by law or organization policy; maintains records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting • Supervise the maintenance of office areas and equipment/phone systems • Develop and maintain relationships with facilities-related vendors and contractors • Assist the HRSS team in keeping records of daily/weekly/monthly consumptions • Maintains records, filing systems and computer files • Negotiates and seeks out vendors for stationary, branding, consumables, and furniture • In charge of social events in company • Is in charge of the foreign workers’ social registrations: visas, smart cards, and social insurance • Assist and carry out recruitment exercise by writing out the ads (newspaper ads, online job ads or agency), calling suitable candidates and arranging for interviews. • Maintenance of the company mobile/Landline numbers, and phone extensions to allocate them to the assigned persons • Manage the recruitment process from inception to hand-over of the applicant pack (all completed pre-employment checks) to the recruitment department and act as supervisor of Recruitment Administrator, monitoring and executing all of the recruitment transactional processes required to meet both Service Level Agreements and ultimately the timely completion and delivery of the recruitment process • Insurance issues – public liability, workman compensation, vehicle insurance • Office facility management like company subscriptions (magazines & newspapers) • Updates and organizes the company’s database, contact list, and personal files • Being an active part of the on boarding process and ensuring the new joiners has been effectively inducted into the business • Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit Click on link below to Apply Online –
