For detail informations about this position opportunity please read the description below. Our client is looking for an Administrator to start as soon as possible in the Southall area.
Supporting the management team by providing effective day-to-day administration, dealing with both i! nternal and external enquiries and also any other sales opportunities given to the business.
- Arranging delivery and collection of orders
- Liaising with customers, project managers and drivers.
- Appointment making for project managers and MD.
- Assisting in the annual asset and stock count.
Applicants must have excellent IT and communication skills
and be able to work well under pressure and to deadlines. Previous experience
in a similar role is not essential, but is preferred.
