Al Futtaim Automall is currently seeking for an Assistant Administration Manager To lead a team of a support service providers who process Purchases, Payment to Vendors as per the Standard Operating Procedure and assist other associates to deliver Delightful experience to Automall’s customers by providing them with efficient and timely back office support. Other responsibilities will also include but may not be limited to the following:
• Processing of Purchases within the agreed timelines.
• Processing of Vendor Payment
• Report Generation
• Focus on Customer Service Values
• Trade Vehicle Invoicing & Documentation
Automall is highly customer focussed and performance oriented. It is important that the job holder is self-driven and motivated to excel in both these parameters
